The quote form prepares a text message on your own device. The website does not store the information entered into that form. Information is received by Bank Recons only if you choose to send the text message.
Sensitive financial records
Do not submit bank account numbers, online-banking credentials, Social Security numbers, statements, or other financial records through the quote form, ordinary text message, or ordinary email. Clients receive separate instructions for an approved document-sharing method after an engagement is established.
Credentials
Bank Recons will not ask you to send your online-banking password through this website, text message, or email. If access to accounting software is needed, use that software's accountant or delegated-user access whenever available.
Use of information
Contact information you send may be used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, provide requested services, and maintain necessary business records. Bank Recons does not sell inquiry information.
Service providers
Phone, messaging, accounting, and approved document-sharing providers may process information according to their own privacy and security terms. Ask which method will be used before sending documents.
Scope of service
Reconciliation is not an audit, review, assurance engagement, legal service, fraud investigation, or tax service. Unusual or unexplained items are identified for the client to review and resolve.
